Return & Exchange Policy

• Returning or exchanging a product is a right granted to all our customers and applies to all items available on our store.

• All products on our website are subject to the return and exchange policy in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and is returned in its original packaging.

• Returns must be requested within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

• Please send a photo of the product along with your city, address, and order number so we can process a replacement in case the item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

• A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the one presented on our website.

• We are not responsible for customer expectations regarding the use of a product if such expectations were not mentioned on the product page.

• A 30% deduction or a minimum of 2.5$ will be applied if the customer simply does not want the product and there is no defect or issue reported.
