Return & Exchange Policy
Returning or exchanging a product is a right granted to all our customers and applies to all items available on our store.
All products on our website are subject to the return and exchange policy in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and is returned in its original packaging.
Returns must be requested within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Please send a photo of the product along with your city, address, and order number so we can process a replacement in case the item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the one presented on our website.
We are not responsible for customer expectations regarding the use of a product if such expectations were not mentioned on the product page.
A 30% deduction or a minimum of 2.5$ will be applied if the customer simply does not want the product and there is no defect or issue reported.
