When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping company and the delivery agent. We work with a network of shipping agents based in major cities. It usually takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed and delivered.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver within the country and to specific cities listed on our shipping page.

However, you can request international shipping by contacting our store team via WhatsApp and providing product weight and destination details. We'll check available international courier options that are not yet listed on our store.

What if there is a manufacturing defect with the product?
Please refer to our Return Policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges.
If the product is defective and qualifies for a return, shipping costs will be covered by the company, and the freight fee will be refunded to the customer. The product value will not be charged to the customer as outlined in the return policy.

I want to order in bulk. Is there a discount?
Yes! Our store offers bulk order shipping and discounts ranging from 10% to 20% on select products.
